All recommendations were passed by consensus at the October SJC Greens General Assembly.

       County Measures

 

Measure B
Recommendation: No

Member Comments: "already high cannabis taxes," "medical patients are having difficulty affording cannabis and licencing costs," "could push cannabis customers and industry to other counties."

Measure M - Tracy
Recommendation: No

Member Comments: "this appears to be a developer land grab that bypasses regulations and pushes low income/poor people to the outer city limits," "unclear and poorly structured measure," "poorly written."

Recommendation: No

Member Comments: "would burden vulnerable populations such as low income, homeless." "homeless populations have been pushed to those areas by force and now they are trying to push them out of the city with taxes."
